    Session Synopsis

    Disgruntled employees are the new major risk for any organisation.  According to Abnormal Security (An Inside Look at Soliciting Employees to Deploy Ransomware – Abnormal (abnormalsecurity.com) if you decide to remove that company coffee machine you might find yourself in trouble.

    In this session we will take a look at the perspective of how an employee has the ability to bring a company to its knees in one click.  We will perform a live demo from the click to the deployment, the logs and the final lock down.

    We will also show ways to mitigate the risks from these attacks, and if they do happen, how to manage and recover without relying on snapshots and restores.
